★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Teníamos 3 años trabajando con ellos sin ningún problema, esta última vez que recibimos sus servicios de mantenimiento me dejar muy mal sabor de boca, sus precios antes incluían iva y ahora resulta que si quieres factura es más iva y además no fueron claros con el precio por teléfono me dijeron un precio y no lo respetaron al momento de pagar. Denunciare estas irregularidades ante el sat y profeco. Es una lástima trabajábamos muy bien con ellos.
We had 3 years working with them without any problem, this last time we received their maintenance services it left a very bad taste in my mouth, their prices before included VAT and now it turns out that if you want an invoice it is more VAT and they were not clear with the price On the phone they told me a price and they did not respect it when paying. I will report these irregularities to sat and propheco. It's a shame we worked very well with them.
