★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si pudiera darle menos estrellas lo haría, es una pésima paquetería, contrate SameDay, no hicieron recolección, para variar en el sistema aparecía que se había intentado y que nadie respondió. Lo cual es mentira ya que nadie tocó la puerta, ni llamaron ni el timbre. Al día siguiente sin obtener respuestas, tuve que cancelar el servicio, ya que el paquete urgia desde dos días anteriores.

me van a entregar y cuando están afuera de mi cerrada, en varias ocasiones les he pedido que me esperen un poco, cuando estoy a unas cuadras de mi casa y nunca he tenido problema, en una ocasión me llamaron varias veces y se fueron y yo les llamé y regresaron más tarde. Eso sí dentro de las especificaciones de mi compra siempre pido que me llamen antes, porque yo no siempre puedo recibir pero mis familiares si.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, había comprado material para producir y no me lo entregaron al día que se supone que tenía que esperar los 5 días hábiles, ya que me urgía y pues esperé más de 7 días, llegando noche y con la cara de fuchi del repartidor, me dieron mi paquete. Y ahora que pedí otra cosa, mi paquete está en espera de ser "recolectado", cosa que ya pasó más de 15 días sin movimiento. Basura de paquetería.

CUIDADO, cancelan guías sin previo aviso y sin haber hecho la recolección de los paquetes y encima NO TE REEMBOLSAN EL DINERO de la guía no usada porque "excede las medidas" cuando lo que envían es un auto compacto lleno de paquetes a recolectar. Las modalidades de entrega "mismo día" y "siguiente día" nunca las cumplen, entregan cuando quieren. No hay manera de una comunicación rápida y accesible. Les envías correos que nunca son contestados, la única opción es su chat el cual parece atendido por un bot. Una pena que por tan poco se den a conocer y pierdan clientes.
TERRIBLE SERVICE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.
BEWARE, they cancel guides without prior notice and without having collected the packages and on top of that THEY DO NOT REFUND YOU THE MONEY of the unused guide because it "exceeds the measurements" when what they send is a compact car full of packages to be collected. The "same day" and "next day" delivery methods are never fulfilled, they deliver when they want. There is no way of fast and accessible communication. You send them emails that are never answered, the only option is their chat which seems to be attended by a bot. A pity that for so little they become known and lose customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compré por Shopee y el vendedor decidió usar esta paquetería para enviar mi pedido el cual, se supone, llegaría al día siguiente una vez confirmada la orden de entrega, pero no, me han dado largas, no cumplen sus horarios e incluso tuvieron el descaro de tomar una foto en una esquina de la calle de su negocio colocándola como evidencia de que no estaba en casa para recoger mi paquete, total descaro, pésimo servicio.
Es un bolado saber si te toca un buen servicio.
I bought through Shopee and the seller decided to use this package to send my order which, supposedly, would arrive the next day once the delivery order was confirmed, but no, they have given me long, they do not meet their schedules and they even had the nerve to taking a photo on a street corner of his business placing it as evidence that he wasn't home to pick up my package, total nerve, lousy service.

Eso sí, si te urge que te llegue tu producto al día sig, no lo recomiendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voy a ser muy sincero, yo vendo por internet y siempre ocupo esta paquetería y jamás me queda mal, uso la modalidad de recolección, ellos pasan por el paquete y ya después lo entregan en un promedio de 2 a 5 días hábiles. Es verdad que sus tiempos de entrega son “Al día siguiente” y casi nunca pasa, como les digo tardan entre 2 a 5 días hábiles pero seamos sinceros es un servicio muy económico, si quieres que tu paquete llegue al día siguiente paga un servicio exprés mucho más caro.
