Tiene rutinas pero ninguna es igual.
Lo mejor es que no es un ejercicio monótono, que te fastidie porque siempre es lo mismo.
Tú le pones la fuerza y esfuerzo que quieras.
Lo que le falta es técnica, no es un gimnasio de técnica es de fuerza, resistencia y con principios de kickboxing.
