★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una sola cosa les pedí, se los pedí con todo el corazón y respeto del mundo: "sin cebollas caramelizadas" y a TODAS mis hamburguesas se las pusieron. Pudiera entender si hubiera mucha gente esperando pero solo estábamos nosotros y otra persona. La falta de atención al cliente deja mucho que desear, el lugar está bien decorado pero se amarga la visita con ese servicio. Te cobran como 30 pesos más por el tocino y te ponen casi nada de tocino. Además el sabor de las hamburguesas no es ni de cerca a carne.
I asked for only one thing, I asked them with all the heart and respect in the world: "no caramelized onions" and they put them on ALL my burgers. I could understand if there were a lot of people waiting but it was just us and one other person. The lack of customer service leaves much to be desired, the place is well decorated but the visit is bitter with that service. They charge you about 30 pesos more for bacon and they give you almost no bacon. Also, the flavor of hamburgers is not even close to meat.
