★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Lleve un equipo para que le retiraran publicidad invasiva. Y a partir de ahí, algo le hicieron y se empezaba a calentar. Lo regresé y lo enviaron a la PORQUERÍA de marca MOTOROLA y según le cambiaron la betería (algo que nunca demostraron, solo de palabra) y ahora se empezaba a calentar y a bajar la batería. Lo llevé nuevamente y el pseudotécnico de TELCEL hizo un diagnóstico a manera de que no me hicieran válida la garantía. Empezó a argumentar daños inexistentes en el equipo, pese a mi inconformidad. Al final, la marca MOTOROLA no quiso respetar la garantía, debido al tramposo y mal diagnóstico de estos empleados, haciendo que un equipo de 8 mil pesos haya sido calificado como inservible. Y luego, su empleado Ricardo Ramírez cin una actitud burlona de "Hágale como quiera". Tengan cuidado con este lugar. Mejor lleven sus equipos a otro centro. Es el pésimo trato en TELCEL.

I took it again and the TELCEL pseudo-technician made a diagnosis so that the warranty was not valid. He began to argue non-existent damage to the equipment, despite my disagreement. In the end, the MOTOROLA brand did not want to respect the guarantee, due to the cheating and misdiagnosis of these employees, causing a team of 8 thousand pesos to be classified as useless. And then your employee Ricardo Ramírez has a mocking "Do it however you want" attitude. Be careful with this place. Better take your equipment to another center. It's the lousy deal at TELCEL.
