Te hacen esperar horas y horas solo para la compra de un celular, te hacen perder el tiempo disque checando los celulares, si pagas con tarjeta en vez de pasar todo en una sola compra no lo hacen pasan y pasan tu tarjeta, no tienen personal capasitado ni para hacer una factura bien... tengan mucho cuidado mejor compren en el centro de atencion a clientes de la misma plasa pero ahi si hay personal capasitado y te entregan todo en menor tiempo. suerte...!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal brinda buena atención pero los precios son un poco más elevados que en un CAC de Telcel.
Los accesorios son limitados y a veces uno tiene que andar comprando cargadores o fundas en tiendas no oficiales ya que en el local no hay en stock.
Las ventajas es que llevan el equipo o tu chip hasta tu domicilio sin ningún problema o costo extra.
The staff provides good attention but the prices are a little higher than in a Telcel CAC.
Accessories are limited and sometimes one has to go around buying chargers or covers in unofficial stores since they are not in stock in the store.
The advantages are that they take the equipment or your chip to your home without any problem or extra cost.
