★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención en este centro es magnífica no hay tanta gente y fue muy rápida la atención en todo momento están atentos a tus preguntas y solucionan todas tus dudas hasta ahí todo bien! lo malo esta en el call center dónde desafortunadamente te siguen engañando para hacer tu portabilidad, señores de Movistar no sigan promoviendo la mentira y el engaño estás prácticas entran en la modalidad de corrupción cuando serán honestos, destaquen por el servicio la atención al cliente con costos y servicios justos no entren en el juego de los demás. Les comparto los puntos dónde engañan 1.- te mienten cuando dicen que la portabilidad es por tiempo indefinido y solo te dura cualquier promoción 5 recargas a partir de la 6 la promoción disminuye al 50% 2.- te mienten cuando te dicen que tu primer recarga no la pagas y para activar el chip tienes que hacer la recarga del plan elegido, no respetan lo dicho así que si tienen la necesidad de cambiar de compañía evalúen y comparen antes de aceptar su portabilidad.
