QUE MAL SERVICIO Y ATENCION AL CLIENTE DAN, ME COBRARON MAL UNA COMPRA Y AHORA NO ME QUIEREN REGRESAR MI DINERO, NO COMPREN AHI Y SI COMPRAN FIJENSE BIEN COMO LES COBRA, YA QUE LA GERENTE ARELY COLIN Y SU EQUIPO TRATAN MAL A LOS CLIENTES Y NOS LES DAN UNA SOLUCÓN A LOS PROBLEMAS....
WHAT BAD SERVICE AND CUSTOMER ATTENTION THEY GIVE, THEY CHARGED ME BADLY FOR A PURCHASE AND NOW THEY DON'T WANT TO RETURN MY MONEY, THEY DON'T BUY THERE AND IF THEY BUY, LOOK WELL AS YOU CHARGE THEM, AS THE MANAGER ARELY COLIN AND HER TEAM TREAT CUSTOMERS BADLY AND THEY GIVE US A SOLUTION TO PROBLEMS ....

Horrible atención. En mi caso fui a hacer un cambio de compañía, me cobraron $100 de recarga para activar el chip, pagué con un billete de $200 y no me regresaron cambio, regresé a reclamar mi dinero y después de “contar” su caja, casualmente me regresó los $100. Han pasado 4 días desde que hice esto y se supone al día siguiente se activa el chip y de plano nada que se activa, llame a atención a clientes y mencionan que no se ha hecho ninguna recarga al nuevo chip. O sea que me cobraron $100 pesos que fueron a parar a cualquier lugar menos a la recarga que ellos mismos me pidieron. Pésimo el personal.
Awful attention. In my case I went to make a change of company, they charged me a $100 recharge to activate the chip, I paid with a $200 bill and they did not give me change, I went back to claim my money and after "counting" his box, he casually returned me the $100. It's been 4 days since I did this and the chip is supposed to be activated the next day and nothing is activated, I call customer service and they mention that no recharge has been made to the new chip. In other words, they charged me $100 pesos that ended up anywhere except for the recharge that they themselves asked me for. Lousy staff.
