I have been taking my children to the branch on July 8 for a few years, the last 3 months, very bad organization, 6 different teachers have had it easy ? it is not worth it so the children cannot advance in their learning or swimming technique

Terrible school !!! As for the facilities: there are no dressing rooms, only 5 showers and two bathrooms that by the way are always soaked because all the water comes out of the showers. Classes: How is it possible that children can be taught a swimming technique if they give group classes from outside the pool, only based on screaming (I have witnessed that they say to the children "pure cry with you") and punishments if they do not do things well (such as running around the pool, where by the way there is water and therefore danger of slipping while running or punishing them having them standing soaked at the side of the pool until the children say they are already to pay attention). I don't know what kind of preparation the teachers have but, surely they know how to swim very well but it is certain that they are not prepared to teach children, much shouting, little patience, too much ego ... it seems that they are doing us a favor by "TEACHING THEM" to our kids.

My granddaughter came out crying. Appalling. Do they think they are training Michael Phelps or what? Because so much screaming, punishments in the cold standing. Or do you think Michael Phelps or what's wrong with you? My husband works on the Olympic committee and we have never seen that they treat PROFESSIONAL swimmers like that, with a shout of punishment. THEY ARE ONLY CHILDREN. My daughter will not return with my granddaughter and they still deny it ... They prefer to defend their employees than those we give them to swallow

My 5 year old son in 3 classes learned to float and swim a bit, I am really satisfied with the results, there was a small incident in question that his voice was raised a bit, but it was talked to the teacher and the branch staff and if you are very attentive, this detail was fixed quickly

I do not recommend it for small children, I enrolled my two-year-old son, because they promised me that the water would be at 36 degrees, but at his second class the pool was very cold, he was shaking with cold, I had to take him to the doctor because he caught a cold, not anymore I will take more, the trainers are good and patient.
