 Huge portion and very tasty. I can especially recommend "papas". A little outside the hustle and bustle, but very cheap and tasty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the concept! The food is typical Mexican from the north. Don't worry they have tacos as well... We were told of this place because my boyfriend went on a fishing trip and needed a place to cook the fish. We brought it here and they made it perfectly. They use their secret sauce. ? Delicious! Definitely check it out! It's a humble place, back yard style! Good food and bring your own drinks.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very cozy and tropical ambiance feel, the food is phenomenal, loved every bite, I must admit is quite filling but once you take the first bite you won't be able to stop, also I recommend the choripan sub, delicious taste and just enough spice to tingle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had adobe pot with potatoes, cheese and some meat. Very good and comforting... for the price. Expectations need to be adequate - you should probably not expect something too special from a dish like this.
Nice people and simple environs. Playa isn't all about fancy and expensive restaurants - you've got it all here and can find a spot like this only couple blocks from a hustle and bustle of 5 and 10ave
