★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly and helpful staff good deals especially if you combo buy. I would come here if your looking for some different varieties of precious or semi-precious stones(ex.blue topaz, amethyst) or gold/silver necklaces. They have pearls too they are cultivated but they're very nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped by on cruise and purchased a ring. I was told that they offer the same warranty as diamonds international. I don't believe this is true because the information that they promised would be sent to me has never came. My ring is nice which is why I've given two stars. Two of the smaller stones came out within one month of having it which sucks. They don't have a website or email address. There are tons of Touch of Gold stores but they are not the same company. Do not get tricked like I did. Unfortunately, because I have no way of reaching them I will be booking another cruise to Cozumel just to get my diamonds reset.

He knew exactly what I wanted and made every effort to ensure that the engagement ring I wanted would arrive in time for me to "pop the question." Touch of Gold will be the only place I will purchase quality jewelry on the island.
