★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El material me gusta mucho, de muy buena calidad; el personal ha sido muy atento. Salvo esta última ocasión que acudí para comprar dos cubetas de sellador, ya casi entregándome, me dijeron que me tenía que esperar porque el jefe mandó a junta.
Se me ha hecho una falta total de respeto tenernos a todos los clientes en la calle a pleno rayo de luz del sol más de media hora esperando a la entrega del material. No puedo creer que no hubieran podido dejar a una persona para entrega y atención de los clientes. La próxima vez, mejor pediré con anticipación y con entrega a domicilio.
I really like the material, of very good quality; the staff has been very attentive. Except this last time I went to buy two buckets of sealant, almost giving me, they said they had to wait for me because the boss sent the meeting.
I have been totally disrespectful to have all the clients on the street in full sunlight for more than half an hour waiting for the delivery of the material. I cannot believe that they could not have left a person for delivery and customer service. Next time, I better ask in advance and with home delivery.
