★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally adorable place. They have variable prices depending on if you get breakfast with your stay. I was there on a Saturday night and was one of two guests. The hostel keepers attention to cleanliness (bathrooms and kitchen are clean and kept that way) and saving energy (turning off lights) is evident and charming. Everyone who worked there was so friendly and helpful. Great artwork on the walls!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great value, only a few blocks back from the beach. I stayed in one of Maria’s fully furnished flats. It was impeccably clean and charming. Maria is a straight shooter and diligent in her management of her property. I recommend. Thanks Rick

Owner and her manager Maria were so nice and extemely helpful making suggestions for daytrips and excellent Italian dinner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a wonderful stay at the hostel in January 2021. Maria is such a gracious host, she was not fully opened yet, but she welcomed my friend and I with open arms. She had lots of recommendations for restaurants and things to do in Progresso. Maria is super helpful, kind, welcoming and generous. This is the perfect place to stay in Progresso. Thank you Maria!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really enjoyed my stay here in Progreso, Maria was so kind and helpful. She really went out of her way to make sure everything was good. The hostel is very clean, is close to everything and has a wonderful library. I would highly recommend a stay here! Maria have me the best recommendation for a local seafood restaurant,that was just delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really clean and well equiped little hostel, which is lead by the super welcoming and nice host Maria. It is like a 10 minutes walk to the beach and u will find also a market just next to the hostel. I really enjoyed my time there and already miss the two very lovely dogs.
