★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una vergüenza, precios altísimos y el Lunes 5 de Noviembre de 2018 llevé a mi gato a que lo vieran y me dijeran que tenía, la enfermera lo vio y dijo que no tenía nada, posteriormente el Jueves 8 de Noviembre lo llevé con otro veterinario a la Veterinaria Sepulveda y le diagnosticaron botulismo, el gato tenía temperatura baja al punto de que ya iba a morir el médico me recetó unas vacunas, pero el Viernes 9 de Noviembre mi gato murió en la mañana, no lo alcancé ni a vacunar, si hubiera llevado a mi gato a la Veterinaria Sepulveda primero, seguiría vivo, yo lo quería mucho y ya no está. Aunque al menos me reembolzaron, pero yo no quería esos 250 pesos, yo quería a mi gato.

Although at least they reimbursed me, but I did not want those 250 pesos, I wanted my cat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FATAL !!!!!!!!! el servicio de peluquería es lo peor , hacen lo que quieren y no hacen caso a los dueños de los perros. Les dije claramente la raza de mi perro y como era su corte y lo unico que hicieron fue raparlo, me imagino que para su comodidad y facilidad.. de vdd no los lleven ahi! y lo unico que te dicen es una disculpa no vuelve a pasar... FATAL!!!!!
FATAL !!!!!!!!! the grooming service is the worst, they do what they want and they ignore the dog owners. I clearly told them the breed of my dog and how it was his cut and the only thing they did was shave it, I imagine that for your comfort and ease ... do not take them there! and the only thing they tell you is an apology, it doesn't happen again ... FATAL !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a la pusieran solo 1 vacuna y les dije cual y cuando me cobraron ya le habían puesto otra. Lo cual no me preguntaron. Y también llevamos a otro perrito y después de tiempo de comprarles cosas no mejoraba y lo llevamos a otra veterinaria y ahí le encontraron que tenía luego luego después de gastar bastante dinero ahí con ellos.

And we also took another puppy and after time of buying things for them, he did not improve and we took him to another veterinarian and there they found him that he had later after spending a lot of money there with them.
