The bun is a key element of a good burger. Here the bread gets 5 stars. The meat is of the best quality.

Ambiente simple pero bueno para el tipo de experiencia. Solo les falló el pan. Para una carne así de buena me hubiera gustado un pan que acompañara adecuadamente
I went to his place on the street of Nuevo León. Excellent meat, very special seasonings, and a satisfying salad. Very friendly service and a top chef. Simple but good atmosphere for the type of experience. Only bread failed them. For a meat this good I would have liked a bread that would accompany it properly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ had the short rib burger. not sure why the menu title says sliders given only one option appears to actually be sliders. fries were pretty standard but above average; burger patty was ok, nice combo with the mexican pulled pork topping and a good flavor combo overall. this place is also am_burgers on insta and am burgers on uber eats; they need to get their branding more consistent. spot in food court/corridor, also the greater mizrahi meats options by it appear to offer more meat options like steak/brisket/etc. good burger, would try another from here as well, bacon in particular.
