★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adquirí con ellos un abrepuertas automático Merik 7511W, con todo e instalación, la cual me dijeron que quedaba en un dia. El primer dia llegaron tarde porque tuvieron un problema con la factura, por lo que no terminaron. El segundo día mandaron a los técnicos a ver a otro cliente, hasta el otro lado de la ciudad, por lo que, otra vez, llegaron tarde y tampoco terminaron.
Los técnicos me explicaron que todo lo mecánico ya estaba terminado y solo faltaba lo eléctrico y la gerencia les estaba indicando que se tenían que quedar hasta que lo terminaran. Al revisar lo mecánico, me percaté que, con el motor automático, la puerta no ofrece ninguna seguridad, pues es posible abrirla simplemente con las manos lo suficiente como para que una persona se introduzca por el zaguán; y es un problema mecánico, no eléctrico. Los mismos técnicos me indicaron que ese es un problema común con los abridores automáticos de cadena (los que normalmente se pueden ver en cualquier puerta automática) y las puertas de dos hojas (las comunes, que normalmente abren hacia afuera) y que es necesario adaptarles un cerrojo de piso para que queden bien seguras. Les reclamé que porqué no me habían indicado eso desde un principio, dado que primero me pidieron fotos de cómo era mi zaguán e inclusive realizaron una visita antes de iniciar la instalación, para ver qué era lo que iban a necesitar. Por lo que les pedí que mejor se retiraran y que trataría el asunto con el vendedor al siguiente día.
El vendedor me indicó que buscarían una manera de resolver el problema; sin embargo, van dos semanas desde que iniciaron la instalación y todavía no me dan una respuesta de cómo resolverán el problema.
No tengo queja contra los técnicos que están realizando la instalación. Han sido muy atentos y dispuestos a trabajar fuera de horario como se los ha exigido la empresa. Espero que así como les exigen les paguen las horas extra. Mi problema es con la empresa AB Tecnologías Industriales pues no previeron un problema que, según sus propios técnicos, es común en estas instalaciones y por el que, muy seguramente, tendré que pagara por algo adicional, una vez que me indiquen que harán para resolver y porque, al parecer, como yo ya había liquidado el total del costo del equipo y el servicio, no tienen prisa en resolver ¿Será que, como dice el dicho, a musica pagada, mal son?
I bought with them a Merik 7511W automatic door opener, with everything and installation, which they told me would be left in a day. The first day they were late because they had a problem with the bill, so they did not finish. The second day they sent the technicians to see another client, to the other side of the city, so, again, they were late and did not finish either.
The technicians explained to me that everything mechanical was already finished and only the electrical was missing and the management was telling them that they had to stay until they finished it. When reviewing the mechanics, I realized that, with the automatic motor, the door does not offer any security, since it is possible to open it simply with the hands enough for a person to enter through the hall; and it is a mechanical problem, not an electrical one. The same technicians told me that this is a common problem with automatic chain openers (the ones that can normally be seen on any automatic door) and double-leaf doors (the common ones, which normally open outwards) and that it is necessary to adapt them a floor latch to make them secure. I complained to them that why they had not indicated that to me from the beginning, since they first asked me for photos of what my hall was like and they even made a visit before starting the installation, to see what they would need. So I asked them to better withdraw and that I would discuss the matter with the seller the next day.
The seller indicated that they would find a way to solve the problem; however, it's been two weeks since they started the installation and they still don't give me an answer on how they will solve the problem.
I have no complaint against the technicians who are doing the installation. They have been very attentive and willing to work after hours as required by the company. I hope that just as they are required to pay for overtime. My problem is with the company AB Technologies Industriales because they did not foresee a problem that, according to their own technicians, is common in these facilities and for which, very surely, I will have to pay for something additional, once they tell me what they will do to solve And because, apparently, as I had already paid the total cost of the equipment and the service, they are not in a hurry to solve. Could it be that, as the saying goes, paid music is wrong?
