★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atención de los ajentes,a la fecha sigo esperando mi póliza que me enviarían por paqueteria.Me hicieron realizar la cancelación de un seguro para rembolsarme el dinero de los días que no se ocuparon y sigo esperando.
El señor Eliud Sánchez lo he buscado por 3 días y brilla por su ausencia,el es quien me vendió el seguro

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le doy una estrella porque no se pueden poner 0, PÉSIMO SERVICIO. Es mi primer año con esta aseguradora y no volveré a contratar, vale la pena revisar otras opciones. En mi caso, la atención en el centro de valuación fue pésima y por culpa del tipo que me atendió no han autorizado la reparación de mi siniestro, me mandaron a una agencia que no era, no registraron mi siniestro... hasta la agencia en donde esta mi carro ha hecho más por mi para resolver esto que los de la aseguradora. Si fuera por la agencia ya me hubieran reparado el carro, pero están frenados porque ABA nada más NO DA RESPUESTA.

In my case, the attention in the valuation center was appalling and because of the guy who attended me they have not authorized the repair of my accident, they sent me to an agency that was not, they did not register my accident ... until the agency in where is my car has done more for me to solve this than those of the insurer. If it were for the agency they would have already repaired my car, but they are stopped because ABA nothing else gives NO ANSWER.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las oficinas ya no se encuentran ahí y para que te contesten el teléfono tardas hasta 30 o 40 min , al parecer las únicas oficinas se encuentran ubicadas en tlalnepantla.

Lo que pide uno de un seguro es seriedad. Ya que interfieren muy diversos detalles. Y a todos se tiene que dar solución así sea el más mínimo.
