★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima aseguradora, no respetan el deducible, una tal Edith Corona cobró más porcentaje del que viene en la póliza y para safarse de la situación dijeron que el carro estaba valuado en más (hicieron coincidir la cifra para maquillar el dato), al final te cobran lo que quieren y para que te atiendan mínimo son 40 min en espera. Si tienen oportunidad contraten en otro lado, por cierto el caso lo llevé a la CONDUSEF. Aqui nadie gana.
Terrible insurer, they do not respect the deductible, a certain Edith Corona charged more percentage than what comes in the policy and to get out of the situation they said that the car was valued at more (they matched the figure to make up the data), in the end they charge you what they want and for them to serve you at least 40 minutes waiting.
