I do not recommend this overbearing adjuster insurer, open to my own experience. Asus should train more adjusters, especially Mr. Iván Orlando Duarte is supposed to be there to help you when you use them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, el ajustador Iván Duarte no te da información completa, confunde datos y se porta de lo más pedante atendiendo las llamadas a gritos. No contestan las llamadas ni te dan el seguimiento adecuado uno tiene que andar averiguando todo marcando a todos lados porque ellos quedan de avisar y nunca lo hacen. No los volvería a contratar para nada, ni los recomiendo en lo absoluto.
Terrible service, the adjuster Iván Duarte does not give you complete information, confuses data and behaves as pedantic as he answers shouting calls. They do not answer the calls or give you the proper follow-up, one has to go around finding out everything by dialing everywhere because they are left to notify and never do. I would not hire them again for anything, nor do I recommend them at all.
