★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se tardaron mucho en contestar y solo me tenían en espera la verdad muy mal xervicio de sus operadores NO Contestan. Cuando atendieron mi llamada me enviaron la grúa y llego muy rápido ese servicio muy bien y rl operador muy atento

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, se les habló para reportar un siniestro,llegaron con mucha prisa de irse, 5 minutos de evaluación de los hechos y se retiraron indicando que el seguro no cubría los daños, el seguro con que cuento es de cobertura amplia, es decir, debe cubrirlo. Intento marcar a atención a clientes y he pasado las de 1 hora esperando a ser atendida.
Hay mejores sitios para poder proteger nuestros vehículos, y sus costos no son tan elevados. En FACEBOOK no permiten comentarios, seguramente porque TODOS son NEGATIVOS.
El Ajustador muy prepotente nos dijo "ES MI EVALUACIÓN, SI NO LES GUSTA REPORTEN A ATENCIÓN A CLIENTES".
Espero por lo menos tengan la atención de responder a los correos o comentarios.
Terrible service, they were called to report a claim, they arrived in a great hurry to leave, 5 minutes of evaluation of the facts and withdrew indicating that the insurance did not cover the damages, the insurance I have is comprehensive, that is, should cover it. I try to dial customer service and I have spent 1 hour waiting to be attended.
There are better places to protect our vehicles, and their costs are not that high. On FACEBOOK they do not allow comments, probably because they are ALL NEGATIVE.
The very arrogant Adjuster told us "IT IS MY EVALUATION, IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT, REPORT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE".
I hope at least they have the attention to respond to the emails or comments.
