Si tengo suerte llega a contestar una persona y me comenta que tengo que marcar otra extensión con un tal Pedro Mercado pero NUNCA ME HA CONTESTADO

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace dos meses del siniestro y no tengo respuesta, acudí a las oficinas de Querétaro y me indicaron que el ajustador asignado está en México que le envié un correo y el se pondrá en contacto le envié correo de inmediato y no he recibido respuesta, le envié un WhatsApp y tampoco recibo respuesta, acudo a las oficinas nuevamente y me dicen que siga insistiendo por correo, total que no resuelven nada, no lo recomiendo, cambien de compañía.
