Pésimo servicio desde la atención al cliente hasta Fernando Romero de jurídico, Nancy Solano, etc. No dan seguimiento ( retro para el cliente). Mentirosos, les pides que te informen y les parece exigencia. Mi vehículo lleva más de 4 meses en el corralón y todo el tiempo he tenido que marcarles para saber en qué van o qué sigue. NO RECOMIENDO ESTA BASURA DE SEGURO que tiene pésimos empleados. Desde que la abogada llegó conmigo al MP me dijo que su jefe le había pedido el favor de ir aunque tenía incapacidad (!!). Tuve que ir sus oficinas en Reforma, a División del Norte. ¡Pésimo! They don't even deserve one star. Terrible service from customer service to Fernando Romero from legal, Nancy Solano, etc. They don't follow up (retro for the customer). Liars, you ask them to inform you and it seems demanding. My vehicle has been in the corral for more than 4 months and all the time I have had to mark them to know what they are in or what is next. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS GARBAGE INSURANCE which has lousy employees. Since the lawyer came with me to the MP, she told me that her boss had asked her to go even though she had a disability (!!). I had to go to their offices in Reforma, to North Division. Appalling!

El ajustador me defendió muy bien a la hora de que le reclamaban el pago por daños y al final el fallo fue a mi favor. Recibí el pago de daños en una semana. Buen servicio felicidades!! I had a mishap in which I was the one affected and the one who hit me claimed that it was my fault when he was the one who passed me on the right. De aquí a que me contesten,me asignen ajustador, venga el ajustador, haga los trámites. Fácil serán 6 horas. Que pinche arrepentido. Pero que tal para vender su segurito.
