Terrible service after a claim, they don't answer calls, they don't give you follow-up reports, or evaluation of damages, spare parts and repairs

Yo como afectado me mandan a cotizar los daños que me causó su asegurado ( un camión cervecero)
They do not answer calls, they do not show their faces.

As affected, they send me a quote for the damage caused by their insured (a beer truck)

Totally lousy service, they don't fix anything for you and you call the adjuster and he diverts the call, nothing recommended, I have had my problem for more than a year and they haven't solved anything for me.

Yo tuve un percance con un asegurado de ellos. ( camion de la corona ) Tarde días poder contactarlos por que los números de ellos solo te ponen en espera.
Te mandan a ser cotización y te salen con que te quieren pagar lo que ellos quieren. Mis daños son 4560 pesos y ellos quieren dar 1500.
Si buscan informes de ellos en Google y su aplicación tienen malas referencias.
The office no longer exists.
I had a mishap with an insured of them. (Crown truck) It takes days to contact them because their numbers only put you on hold.
They send you to be a quote and they say they want to pay you what they want. My damages are 4560 pesos and they want to give 1500.
If you google reports of them and your app they have bad references.
