★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El trató poco amable, muy lento más de un mes con el siniestro y todavía no liberan el veredicto, cuando parece que ya vuelven a hacer la revisión nuevamente, lo tratan a uno peor que delincuente, en cuanto levantas una queja no hacen nada, te dejan esperando días sin informar el procesó del siniestro, no ofrecen asistencia médica, busquen mejor otro seguro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, demoran mucho en contestar y nunca te dan un status preciso de la reparación, tienes que triangular la información para conocerlo. A la próxima mejor voy a contratar HDI.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un pésimo servicio, no los recomiendo en lo absoluto. Ha pasado un mes desde el siniestro y mi auto sigue en mi garage sin órden para entrar a reparación a la agencia. Las llamadas son caóticas, inicias exponiendo tu problema y los operadores terminan la llamada. Es pésimo y caro porque he tenido que pagar servicio privado este tiempo. Por su bien contraten con empresas serías.
