Terrible service, they fight you as they want and the adjuster disclaims all responsibility, they never answer the phones, or emails or anything, zero recommended, of all the ones I know this is the worst.
c	carlos plata on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que pésimo servicio dan, más de 10 años con ustedes, una de las aseguradoras más caras, si no es que la más cara y aún así los contrato y les pago, primera vez en 10 años que necesito de su servicio y puro problemas dan, más de mes y medio esperando las piezas del vehículo y ustedes no las envían, hable al taller y me dijeron que ustedes son los que no les envían las piezas y que a cada rato les cambian la fecha promesa de entrega de las piezas, luego habla uno por teléfono a ustedes y dicen que devolverán la llamada en un rato dando fecha exacta donde ya llegarán las piezas al taller y jamás llega la llamada y ni el correo. ALEJENSE de esta aseguradora.
