Abarrotes La Soledad, S.A. de C.V. Inicia sus operaciones en abril de 1972, en la calle de Galeana No. 117, Col. Centro Oaxaca, Oax. Los fundadores son el Sr. Oscar y René Vargas Varela. Durante los primeros veinte años el formato de comercialización fue al mayoreo con rutas de reparto en distintas zonas del estado de Oaxaca. En Julio de 1994 la empresa se cambia a su domicilio actual de Avenida Lázaro Cárdenas No. 1000, Santa Lucía.
