★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compré un producto y venía mal amarrado (con un pedazo de bolsa que ni siquiera era parte de esa bolsa) al salir de la tienda se rompió de su inservible nudo, algunas piezas se salieron y las llevaba en la mano, regreso con la señora le explicó lo que pasó, meten el producto y me lo regresan, al revisar allí mismo lo que me dieron me doy cuenta que volvieron a poner el producto que se había caído al suelo, ni siquiera se tomaron la molestia de cambiarlo simplemente volvieron a poner un producto lleno de tierra y hacer como si nada hubiera pasado. Me preguntó si adentro algo no se les callo y así se lo venden a "su clientela". Llevo años comprando en ese lugar y nunca había pasado algo así, simplemente no volveré a comprar.

He asked me if something is not silent inside them and that is how they sell it to "their clientele." I have been shopping in that place for years and something like this has never happened, I will simply not buy again.
