★ ★ ★ ★ ★ le falta a su personal capacitación para hacer cancelaciones o cambios , y nadie está de responsable o eso hacen creer ,que nefasto que sin salir de la tienda no puedan hacer un cambio de producto .
NO LO RECOMIENDO EN ABSOLUTO
 their staff lacks training to make cancellations or changes, and no one is responsible or so they make believe, how disastrous that without leaving the store they cannot make a product change.
