Los despachadores dicen que se puede obtener en línea, lo cual no es cierto porque no sirve su portal.
Viene correo en el ticket, pero no te responden.
Cuando finalmente hablas con alguien de oficina, dice que ya pasó el tiempo y no te la puede dar.
Si necesitan factura, NO CARGUEN ahí.
They do not give invoice, they gave me 3 options, all misleading.
Dispatchers say that it can be obtained online, which is not true because their portal does not work.
Mail is coming in the ticket, but they don't answer you.
When you finally talk to someone at the office, he says that time has passed and he can't give it to you.
If you need an invoice, DO NOT CHARGE there.
