La capacitación en grupos integrados con personal de las diversas funciones habituales en toda empresa (mercadeo, ventas, producción, servicios, recursos humanos, etc.) permite apreciar un mismo tema (p. ej.: administración del crédito y la cobranza) bajo los enfoques y percepciones individuales de los participantes, quienes mediante diálogos entre ellos y el instructor llegan a comprender de manera integral su significado e impacto en los resultados, rentabilidad, liquidez y solvencia de la empresa.
Capacitar simultáneamente sobre un mismo tema a gente que cumple funciones diversas conduce, en definitiva, a lograr un verdadero espíritu de equipo y a que "se pongan la camiseta" de la empresa.
¡Y todo esto capacitando en grupos de hasta 6 personas al costo de un curso externo individual que no es precisamente un traje a la medida de la empresa!

Simultaneously training on the same subject people who fulfill diverse functions leads, in short, to achieve a true team spirit and to "put on the shirt" of the company.
And all this training in groups of up to 6 people at the cost of an individual external course that is not exactly a suit tailored to the company!
