★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención el vendedor mientras quería vender me atendía todo el tiempo le reclame su unidad y ya no me contestaba en fin; Arrendé una unidad nueva me entregaron el día 10 de marzo y me fallo la unidad en los primeros días pedí una devolución ya que el arrendamiento sigue corriendo y me dijeron que no pueden hacer una devolución ya que no es problema de ellos que es garantía de la agencia y que estoy obligado a seguir pagando el arrendamiento a pensar de que si garantía me la darán hasta dentro de 30 a 45 días no recomiendo arrendar con ellos debido a que no me siento respaldado con ellos y me dijeron que estoy obligado a pagar la renta aún que la unidad fue devuelta a la agencia que se la vendió a ellos en fin cuidado antes de arrendar con ellos.
Terrible attention the seller while he wanted to sell he attended me all the time I demanded his unit and he no longer answered me anyway; I rented a new unit, they delivered me on March 10 and the unit failed in the first days I asked for a refund since the lease is still running and they told me that they cannot make a return since it is not their problem, it is a guarantee of the agency and that I am obliged to continue paying the rent to think that if a guarantee will be given to me within 30 to 45 days, I do not recommend renting with them because I do not feel supported by them and they told me that I am obliged to pay the rent even that the unit was returned to the agency that sold it to them in order to be careful before leasing with them.
