★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención a clientes. No te contestan los correos, no contestan nunca las extensiones. La única persona que se ha preocupado por tratar de dar resolución a mi caso es Virginia, los demás encargados y jefes quedan de comunicarse y no lo hacen, ojala que con la demanda pueda romper toda relación con ellos.
Para el tramité excelente y te pintan un mundo de color de rosa, para las eventualidades no te resuelven.
Terrible customer service. They do not answer your emails, they never answer the extensions. The only person who has been concerned about trying to resolve my case is Virginia, the other managers and bosses are left to communicate and do not, hopefully that with the lawsuit I can break any relationship with them.
For the excellent paperwork and they paint a rosy world for you, for eventualities they do not solve you.
