★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nula respuesta en servicio al cliente, pésima atención si necesita alguna aclaración, todo es por correo y no dan respuesta, su frase favorita "aun no recibo respuesta del área" mandaré una notificación para que lo contacten" NOV 2019 y sigo esperando .... hubo cambio de personal y pues estamos trabajando a distancia, no hay nadie que le atienda en las oficinas, mande su correo y volvemos a empezar ....
No response in customer service, terrible attention if you need any clarification, everything is by mail and they do not give an answer, your favorite phrase "I still do not receive a response from the area" I will send a notification to be contacted "NOV 2019 and I am still waiting ... There was a change of personnel and since we are working remotely, there is no one to assist you in the offices, send your mail and we will start again ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio al cliente , estoy en cancelación de contrato desde hace un año , firmamos un contrato de cancelación y mi reembolso me lo debieron haber hecho hace 3 meses y nada, cuando se dignan a responder solo me dan largas, prometen llamadas que nunca devuelven y ahora que llamo diariamente desde mi numero ya no me responden ni en la recepción. Estoy muy preocupado por mi reembolso y tengo miedo que me vayan a robar porque la actitud que han tomado ya es muy factible y probable que tenga que escalar el problema a Profeco y Abogados.
