El Colegio Abraham Lincoln fue creado en el año 2004, en Torreón, Coahuila, como respuesta al constante cambio de la sociedad lagunera. Surge al evolucionar la "Escuela Práctica de Computación e Inglés", como un esfuerzo más para contribuir al desarrollo de la región.
En 2006, se inaugura el Instituto Abraham Lincoln, en la ciudad de Gómez Palacio, ubicado en el corazón de la ciudad, sobre la calle Independencia, justo frente a la Plaza Principal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No tolerancia y apoyo a los padres en tiempos de covid, tanto en el precio como en las exigencias que piden, la poca tolerancia y entendimiento por parte de maestros. Parece que no tienen claro que son niños y no robots. Uno tiene que lidiar con más de un niño y andar sufriendo con las insignificantes correcciones que perjudican todo el trabajo. No están abiertos a justificaciones entendíbles. ¿Como un niño va estar sentado en su lugar continuamente por 5 horas? Uno hace lo posible como padre.
No tolerance and support for parents in times of covid, both in the price and in the demands they ask, the little tolerance and understanding on the part of teachers. It seems that they are not clear that they are children and not robots. One has to deal with more than one child and suffer with the insignificant corrections that damage all work. They are not open to understandable justifications. How is a child going to sit in place continuously for 5 hours? You do your best as a parent.

Me tomo el tiempo de afirmar la gran calidad humana que han brindado en la atención que se me dio, es difícil encontrar en estos tiempos de pandemia un colegio con estas instalaciones, seguridad y accesibilidad para los padres de familia.
I have had the opportunity to get to know the facilities and the administrative staff of this institute. I take the time to affirm the great human quality that they have provided in the care that was given to me, it is difficult to find in these times of pandemic a school with these facilities, security and accessibility for parents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo apoyo a los jóvenes y aparte el dueño/director nunca da la cara cuando tienes que hablar acerca de uno de tus hijos que estudian ahí.
Terrible support for young people and apart from that the owner/director never shows his face when you have to talk about one of your children who study there.
