★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok, bueno pues lleve mi auto para reparación, sin embargo después que lo revisaron, me llamaron para indicarme que lo habían escaneado y que el resultado era cambiar la válvula IAC, el precio que me dieron era de $ 3,800.00 pesos. A lo cual les dije que no.
Por mi cuenta adquirí, primero una válvula muy económica, se la cambiaron y siguió igual, después compre otra más cara y siguió igual, por último tuve que comprar la original, lo lleve a webb Chevrolet, se la cambiaron y siguió igual.
Que pasa? pensé, entonces un amigo que es cerrajero me dijo que el me lo revisaba y detecto que era el chicote del acelerador que no estaba en posición correcta.
Que pienso de AC DELCO?
mejor no opino, aquí en Guanajuato ni siquiera te dicen que tiene tu auto, no saben y mienten gaste más de $ 5,000.00 pesos por su culpa.
Ok, well, I took my car for repair, however after they reviewed it, they called me to tell me that they had scanned it and that the result was to change the IAC valve, the price they gave me was $ 3,800.00 pesos. To which I said no.
On my own I acquired, first a very cheap valve, they changed it and it remained the same, then I bought a more expensive one and it remained the same, finally I had to buy the original, I took it to webb Chevrolet, they changed it and it remained the same.
What's the matter? I thought, then a friend who is a locksmith told me that he was checking it for me and he detected that it was the whip of the accelerator that was not in the correct position.
What do I think of AC DELCO?
I better not think, here in Guanajuato they don't even tell you they have your car, they don't know and they lie I spent more than $ 5,000.00 pesos because of them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima pésima atención al cliente. Llamé para cotizar una pieza y el vendedor simplemente me dijo que no me podía cotizar por qué luego no le compro. Osea que me podía dar cotización siempre y cuando le comprará si no no. Que actitud tan más pesimista. Si no quiere hacer su trabajo o le molesta que mejor le dejé el lugar a alguien que si quiera trabajar.
Lousy lousy customer service. I called to quote a piece and the seller simply told me that he couldn't quote me why I wouldn't buy from him later. That is, he could give me a quote as long as he will buy from him, if not, no. What a pessimistic attitude. If you don't want to do your job or it bothers you, I better leave the place to someone who does want to work.
