★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, por teléfono te dicen una cosa y cuando vas te tratan pésimo y te dicen que no tienen el producto, solo te hacen perder el tiempo, y no obstante, te discriminan.
Terrible service, over the phone they tell you one thing and when you go they treat you badly and tell you that they don't have the product, they only waste your time, and yet they discriminate against you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio al cliente, casi 2 semanas para esperar a que viniveran a revisar un mueble que ellos mismos repararon y dejaron mal, después de la visita quedaron en agendarme cita para una nueva reparación y simplemente ya dejaron de contestar mensajes y llamadas.
Lousy customer service, almost 2 weeks to wait for them to come and check a piece of furniture that they themselves repaired and left wrong, after the visit they agreed to schedule an appointment for a new repair and they simply stopped answering messages and calls.
