★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo, fui a comprar unos tornillos estabilizadores, a pesar que llevaba la muestra me dieron otros que tenían la cuerda diferente, les dije q no eran los q pedí y se escudan en q es falla del proveedor, nadie me resolvió el problema de todos los q están atendiendo, y eso que pedí los originales y me los dieron todos mugrosos y sin empaque, parecían usados, mal en verdad mal negocio y no te regresan tu dinero
Terrible, I went to buy some stabilizer screws, even though I had the sample they gave me others that had a different thread, I told them that they were not the ones I asked for and they hide behind the fact that it is the supplier's fault, nobody solved the problem of all the that they are attending, and that I asked for the originals and they gave me all of them filthy and without packaging, they seemed used, really bad business and they don't return your money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los teléfonos difícilmente los contestan de tanta demanda que tienen de trabajo y la verdad siempre contesta la cajera o al menos es una voz de mujer que lo único que haces es absolutamente nada, no te ayuda en nada, en ocasiones no siquiera te dice a dónde estás llamando
En fin puedes encontrar todo para VW en original y semi original a un precio regular porque tampoco esta tan barato, lo malo es la zona y lo complicado de llegar
Y lo pésimo es que si tuvieran reparto a domicilio venderían 19 veces más, en ocasiones todos los mecánicos que asisten a comprar ahí te comentan que los dueños no les interesa crecer ni mejorar su empresa
Porque siempre está atascado de mecánicos entre Miles de clientes al día
Venden más que una taquería que regala en su aniversario
Les va tan bien que en verdad no les interesa mejorar, ya los empleados no te tratan ni atienden bien
They hardly answer the phones because of the high demand they have for work and the truth is that the cashier always answers or at least it's a woman's voice that the only thing you do is absolutely nothing, it doesn't help you at all, sometimes it doesn't even tell you where are you calling
In short, you can find everything for VW in original and semi-original at a regular price because it is not so cheap either, the bad thing is the area and how difficult it is to get there.
And the worst thing is that if they had home delivery they would sell 19 times more, sometimes all the mechanics who go to buy there tell you that the owners are not interested in growing or improving their company

They sell more than a taqueria that gives away on their anniversary
They are doing so well that they are not really interested in improving, and the employees do not treat or serve you well
