Good hotel in front of the beach, is very large which if you choose one of the high rooms you can appreciate all the paradisiac port of Acapulco, besides the attention of the staff is very good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio y atención. Nos hospedamos el día 16 de junio del 2017. Para empezar a la hora de hacer el check nos cerraron la puerta en la cara por que no estaba el señor con el cual ya habíamos acordado un precio. Llegamos a la habitación y muy sucia y descuidada, no servía el clima y el refrigerador olía a drenaje y tampoco funcionaba, no teníamos vista al mar. A la hora de que hicieran el aseo le pregunté a la srita que si le dejaba la llave para que lo hicieran y me dijo que sólo se hacía una vez y era cuando entregaban la habitación. Super grosero el personal mejor decidimos cambiarnos de hotel no lo recomiendo en lo absoluto habitaciónes horribles, mala atención y pésimo servicio.
Terrible service and attention. We stayed on June 16, 2017. To start at the time of check we closed the door in the face because there was not the man with whom we had already agreed a price. We got to the room and very dirty and unloved, the weather was not good and the refrigerator smelled like drainage and it did not work either, we did not have ocean view. At the time they did the cleaning, I asked the lady if she left the key for them to do it and she told me that it was only done once and that was when they delivered the room. Super rude the staff better decided to move us from hotel I do not recommend it at all horrible rooms, poor service and lousy service.
