Las técnicas siempre se realizan con el mayor realismo posible, con el objetivo de entrenar para sobrevivir, lo recomiendo bastante para mujeres que quieran sentirse más seguras. Hay clases para niños, jóvenes y adultos.
 A very complete dojo, in my experience I have managed to achieve many physical and emotional goals and have a very high personal growth.
