I don't know if it's open or closed for good, I went there twice at 18:00, which is when I arrived from work and it was closed

Fui na academia para tirar uma dúvida para uma possível matrícula. Devido à pandemia havia um cordão de isolamento, perguntei se poderia ultrapassa-ló para tirar minhas dúvidas, e a atendente simplesmente balançou o dedo indicando resposta negativa. Perguntei novamente se poderia ir até ela para tirar uma dúvida, e ela voltou a negar, e nem se quer mostrou interesse em vir até mim me atender, mesmo que fosse na porta do estabelecimento.
Não recomendo o atendimento deles.
Terrible!!
I went to the gym to ask a question for a possible enrollment. Due to the pandemic there was an isolation cord, I asked if I could go through it to clear my doubts, and the attendant simply shook her finger indicating a negative answer. I asked again if I could go to her to ask a question, and she refused again, and she didn't even show interest in coming to me, even if it was at the door of the establishment.
I do not recommend their service.
