★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really poor service from the apartment rental. We were a group of 15 staying in 2 apartments and the people from the condominium were constantly checking on us and verifying we were complying with the apartments rules, totally annoying.
We were called several times to the lobby for people checks to see if we weren't sneaking people over the limit and stuff.

We spent a week there in December, the staff was incredibly nice and helpful, everything as an American is so reasonably priced, and loved all the amenities at the resort. Many pools, right on the beach, poolside bar, good restaurants, and amazing rooms. Our only complaint was they had salespeople who really pushed buying a timeshare with them and their wifi is slow unless you pay for it. Considering the cost of the rooms I thought that was lame. Otherwise I would totally recommend this resort and would love to go back!
