There is no hot water in the showers and we had mice in one room and in the pool area. Everything else fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La alberca desde q llegamos puerquisima solo la limpiaron una vez agua turbia antes era distinto ahora les vale ya no hay ni comales y vasos instrumentos de cocina etc. Etc etc nada q ver con las anteriores veces !
The pool since we arrived was very dirty, they only cleaned it once, cloudy water, before it was different, now it is worth it, there are no more comales and glasses, kitchen instruments, etc. Etc etc nothing to do with the previous times!
