Carlos took us on a city tour in February 2021. He is a great tour guide. He showed us a lot of interesting things in Acapulco. Would highly recommend Carlos! Speaks English too

I took two tours with Carlos. He is very prompt to answer all your questions. Visiting Acapulco for the first time, Carlos explain to me the important points in the city. The second tour was an amazing experience for I had the opportunity to release baby sea turtles. Both experiences were incredible

Carlos is such an amazing guide! We had him the entire week we were in Acapulco. He knows so much about the area!! We wanted to do a mixture of relaxing and exploring and Carlos helped us so much with both! He took us to some of the most beautiful places and the best food (with gorgeous views!) If you’re thinking about taking a tour, DO IT! And ask for Carlos all week! He won’t disappoint, I promise!! ?

We would recommend this tour company! Safe, affordable, great friendly service! We had Carlos Algeria for our tour guide, once a stranger, within minutes, a FRIEND! ? We ended up asking for Carlos the rest of the trip! He found a great restaurant for us to celebrate our 25th anniversary and we both were in awe of the entire evening! He went out of his way to make sure our evening and tour was amazing! He also took us to the airport which was much better then a taxi!

Carlos is an amazing tour guide. He’s responsive upon being contacted, shows up on time, and knows the area very well. He played a great role in the enjoyment of my family and my trip to Acapulco. He knows where the enjoyable and picturesque places are, and is well respected by the people in his community. He’s personable and professional. I would definitely recommend Carlos as a tour guide, and if we travel to Acapulco again, we will definitely use his services again!

I do not recommend doing any customizations to their tour packages, even though their site says you can. We did the eco tour…Carlos sent us off with another tour guide from Acapulco’s malecón. We had agreed with Carlos that after the tour we would do some walking around and contact him once we were ready for pick up. I messaged Carlos through WhatsApp, his preferred method of communication, to let him know where we would be (which happened to be very close to where he had dropped us off) ahead of the time we wanted to be picked up (an hour later). He did not respond, even though I could tell he had seen my message. I tried calling him a couple of times and got sent straight to voicemail. Needless to say, we were left stranded and had to figure out how to get back to our hotel which was a good 35-45 minute drive from where we were and the Ecotour guide left us. Up until the point where we got ditched, the tour was pretty good and the food that was included was very delicious.

I had a great experience with Acapulco Tours and Transfers. I needed last minute transport from the airport and he was very quick and clear to respond. At the time of the pickup, he had a very cute sign that helped us identify him right away. The ride from the airport to our hotel was smooth sailing and it was the same on the way back. And that’s considering our pickup at the hotel was early at 4am. Definitely would recommend his services for transfers and tours.
