★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las habitaciones que ofrecen son en verdad un asco ASCO LIT el precio es relativamente cómodo pero x esa cantidad los hay mejores. Todo está sucio, viejo y sin mtto en sus cuartos que rentan, los muebles dan asquito porque ya ni siquiera son muebles, sin mtto, óxido x doquier, frigos sucios, toallas y ropa de cama percudida de vieja y deshilachada, no hay amenidades en el baño t ponen un jabonsito y papel suavel (wacala), la tv es sobre tv's viejas y obviamente sin cable su aire acondicionado no sirve ah y hay que hacer un depósito x controles. En serio busquen algo más este lugar está HORRIBLE y cambie 3 veces entre sus habitaciones y todas están igual de horribles
The rooms they offer are really disgusting ASCO LIT the price is relatively comfortable but x that amount there are better ones. Everything is dirty, old and without material in their rooms that they rent, the furniture is disgusting because it is not even furniture anymore, without metal, rust everywhere, dirty refrigerators, towels and bedding that are worn from old and frayed, there are no amenities in The bathroom does not put a soap and soft paper (wacala), the tv is on old tv's and obviously without cable, its air conditioning does not work ah and you have to make a deposit x controls. Seriously look for something else this place is HORRIBLE and switch 3 times between its rooms and they are all just as horrible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En la agencia muy amables pero al final de cuentas dan mal servicio ya que en nuestro caso aparte de que nos entregaron la habitación ya tarde ya por fin al pasar a la habitación no se encontraba en condiciones ya que estaba sucia sin limpiar, así que regresamos a recepción y nos proporcionaron otra habitación que ya estaba "limpia" pero pésima, las camas ni colchas tenían, no habia toallas, jabón ni shampoo el piso estaba mojado, al segundo día ya regresamos como a las 5:00 y para nuestra sorpresa encontramos que la habitación no había sido aseada, así que es el peor servicio que he recibido de un hotel NO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA PESIMO SERVICIO, CUANDO RECLAME QUE EL CUARTO NO HABIA SIDO ASEADO NOS DIJERON QUE EL ASEO DEL CUARTO SE HACE CADA TERCER DIA, TREMENDA PORQUERÍA HOTEL TORRES GEMELAS POR CIERTO
In the very friendly agency but in the end they give bad service since in our case apart from the fact that they gave us the room late and finally when we went to the room it was not in conditions since it was dirty without cleaning, so we returned to reception and they gave us another room that was already "clean" but terrible, the beds had no blankets, there were no towels, soap or shampoo, the floor was wet, the second day we returned around 5:00 and to our surprise we found that the room had not been cleaned, so it is the worst service I have received from a hotel I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL AWFUL SERVICE, WHEN I CLAIMED THAT THE ROOM HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED THEY TOLD US THAT THE CLEANING OF THE ROOM IS DONE EVERY THIRD DAY, TREMENDOUS BULLSHIT HOTEL TORRES GEMELAS BY THE WAY
