★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuidado!!!! Fui a comprar una tarjeta prepago y el dependiente me la vendió junto a una recarga. Al finalizar la semana de datos que lleva la tarjeta me quedé sin internet y me di cuenta que el dependiente no me añadió la recarga que pagué. Casualmente a mi novia le pasó lo mismo. TIMO
Watch out!!!! I went to buy a prepaid card and the clerk sold it to me next to a recharge. At the end of the week of data that carries the card I was without internet and I realized that the clerk did not add the recharge I paid. The same happened to my girlfriend, coincidentally. TIMO

Hace 5 días fui a comprar una tarjeta con internet y llamadas (viene con una tarifa básica de 500Mb y llamadas incluida cuando la das de alta) y añadí una tarifa extra de 3000Mb que costó 300mx más el costo de la tarjeta nueva en sí. Resultó que el dependiente nunca me cargó los 3000Mb adicionales y se quedó con el dinero. Tengan cuidado y pidan el tiquet porque son unos SINVERGÜENZAS!
SCAMMERS! Five days ago I went to buy a card with internet and calls (comes with a basic rate of 500Mb and calls included when you sign up) and added an extra fee of 3000Mb that cost 300mx plus the cost of the new card itself. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be careful to insist on a receipt if you shop here. In December 2017, I went to buy a SIM and a 100Mb data package. The person who sold it to me wanted to activate it, so he sent a couple of texts from my phone without showing me and then deleted them.
It turned out that he had actually activated the least-expensive 20Mb (one-day) plan for me. I left the store with my new phone number in hand, but no receipt. I went back to complain when my plan expired the next day, but of course I didn't have any evidence of what I'd paid for.
