I went to the inauguration I can tell you that the access that is pedestrian does not have a nearby parking lot and that the access is not for everyone, especially wheelchairs or bicycles, access is really complicated and the closest parking is from 10 to 15 approximately minutes, before arriving at the entrance, you may notice that there is zero cleaning in the streets, there are sacks of rubble, rubbish, etc., and at night it will be super tetric, they are just doing cleaning and works to access the area so there is hope, the I will direct you to a specific area that is the former powder factory which is an old place that will say that it is moderately preserved, the sanitary facilities are bad and more than anything bad because the existing ones are used and it shows that they have already been years There was no water in the men's toilet, the artistic activities are very good and of a good level, there are concerts in the open air theater and the occasional workshop, I only had 3 workshops with places for a maximum of 4 people each, the rest are concerts, film exhibitions and operas that are quite good, the truth is, the inaugurated place is quite small and leaves much to be desired, it has large rooms that are mostly very wasted, if you go in Okay attitude I go to a park to run to play for a walk better do not go because it is not for a moment a park as such but a place of workshops and artistic exhibitions, another thing that depending on how you see it is good or bad is that there is no Option to throw your garbage so you will have to take it with you, I repeat if you go for leisure or beforehand you already consulted its billboard and you liked what it will be seen without fear but for now do not expect a chapultepec experience as in the second or first section, the head of government commented that the area will be remodeled and I hope so, if not this section of Chapultepec will be condemned to oblivion by the population as well as the third section I would expect at least to go until January 2022 and So better to see if there is information on progress in their works.

It is a nice place to go with children to see the play and storytelling, there is a mini market where locals offer their canned crops, desserts, plants, etc. Although it is nice, the place is very small compared to the other sections. Access on foot is through Bellavista or if you prefer you can get there on the turibus that leaves from the trail of light in Chapultepec, it is free.
