Entre otros productos adquirí un espejo en este empresa, adicional pedi le hicieran unos taladros los cuales hicieron mal, por tanto solicite mi rembolso ya que no quede satisfecho, por ende se desato un desafortunado desencuentro en el que en todo momento evadieron su obligación de satisfacer un requerimiento que cubrí en su totalidad; aunado llamaron a la policía que cabe hacer mención me trataron con profesionalismo, por lo que tome la decisión de retirarme.
El argumento para no reembolsarme el pago fue que era maquila, sin embargo el producto ahí lo compre por tanto era su responsabilidad entregarlo de acuerdo a las especificaciones indicadas.
Esta opinión no busca laserar a la empresa como tal sino establecer que quienes trabajan en todo tipo de negocio tenemos la gran responsabilidad de cumplir con estandares que coadyuven con la calidad.

Among other products, I bought a mirror in this company, additionally I asked them to make some drills which they did wrong, therefore I requested my refund since I was not satisfied, therefore an unfortunate misunderstanding was unleashed in which at all times they evaded their obligation to satisfy a requirement that I covered in its entirety; In addition, they called the police, which should be mentioned, they treated me with professionalism, so I made the decision to withdraw.
The argument for not reimbursing my payment was that it was a maquila, however I bought the product there, so it was his responsibility to deliver it according to the indicated specifications.
This opinion does not seek to laser the company as such, but to establish that those of us who work in all types of businesses have a great responsibility to comply with standards that contribute to quality.
