Pero cada que me ha tocado recoger material es como si estuvieras en modo transparente, no saludan, atienden de mala manera, con caras de mal genio. Si yo fuera directivo de la empresa los.llevaria a curso de valoración y servicio al cliente. Así cambiarían su modo se atender. Y es en general todo el personal.
The staff is always on their daily chores. But every time I have had to collect material it is as if you were in transparent mode, they do not greet you, they attend in a bad way, with bad-tempered faces. If I were a manager of the company, I would take them to a customer service and assessment course. This would change their way of attending. And it is in general all the staff.
