Your system is very bad. You ask, when they confirm they end up telling you other things that you didn't ask for, that is, if you're not very, very abused, they end up selling you something else, then they give you a piece of paper that only says the amount to pay without having printed a sheet on which you can confirm in writing what you are paying. Once you pay and realize their mistake it's already too late as they have your money and you screwed up there is no refund of your money or changes or corrections or anything. There is nowhere to sit and wait or at the checkout. So that they charge you for another waste of time.
