★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tenia un tiempo que no compraba con ustedes y fue una verdadera lastima darme cuenta como ha cambiado el servicio. siempre habia tenido muy buen servicio, rapidez de cobro, siempre contestaban los telefonos, me enviaban mis cotizaciones, y quiero pensar que por el cambio de personal que hubo se fue para abajo completamente. tan buena sucursal que era, las señoritas siempre amables, rapidas y con una excelente actitud de servicio. esos cambios no fueron buenos, espero hagan algo pronto.

I had not bought with you for a while and it was a real shame to realize how the service has changed. I had always had very good service, quick collection, they always answered the phones, they sent me my quotes, and I want to think that due to the change in personnel that took place, it went down completely. Such a good branch that it was, the ladies always friendly, fast and with an excellent service attitude. those changes were not good, I hope they do something soon.
